🚫 No refund shall be made for the initial booking amount under any circumstances.
The remaining cancellation charges are based on the number of days prior to the trip’s start date:

| More than 30 days | 50% of total trip cost |
| 15–30 days | 75% of total trip cost |
| 0–15 days | 100% of total trip cost (no refund) |
In the event of unforeseen weather conditions or government-imposed restrictions, certain pre-booked activities may be canceled. Our team will make every effort to provide a feasible alternative, but no refund will be issued for such cancellations.
This is a standard policy, and variations may apply based on the specific destination or package selected by the guest. Any such exceptions will be clearly communicated during the booking process.
Once the trip has started, no partial or full refund will be applicable for unused services.
No refunds are provided in cases of:
No-shows or last-minute cancellations
Early departures
Traveler’s documentation issues or personal circumstances
In cases where a refund is applicable (excluding booking amount), the processing time is 7–14 working days.
The refund will be credited back via the original payment method.
